I took a trip Stateside this past spring, (where I am originally from), and was looking through my photos. I seemed to take a lot of photos of trees, and was particularly taken with the trees in the Southwest, even though I travelled through many states. Obviously, something caught my artist's eye and I wanted to make sure I remembered them to be able to recreate that inspiration in my future artwork.
