I'm always the one in the posh art gallery that gets reprimanded for getting too close to the paintings.
I can't help it, I want to see the brushstrokes, the collage layers, the way the colours meld together, and if there are any secret messages in the paint. If there's no one around, I might even sneak a quick touch. But, often that gets me in trouble. I do get it, if too many people are touching the paintings with their hands, it can affect the resins and varnishes. I get it, but I don't like it.
I want you to touch my paintings. I want you to have a similar sensory experience to what I had while creating it. It's pretty amazing, I tell you.
Speaking of, while you can't touch my paintings through the screen, you can see them in person at my current exhibitions. Hop on over to my website to find out where and when it is.
Thank you for being here and wanting to hear about my art!
