Over 21 days, we will explore:

Week 1 - The Gentle Week
We begin the process of slowing down, learn about time dilation, and begin our practice of daily focus.

Week 2 - The Ease Week
We continue the practice of daily noticing, learn some techniques for calming our busy minds, and build in more ways to see details.

We take in vistas and macros, learn about horizon gazing, and form new habits of directing our attention.
Meet your guide
As a lifelong curious creative and highly sensitive person, I often struggled with too many ideas, not enough focus, procrastination, overwhelm, burnout, thinking the answer was outside myself, taking lots and lots of courses hoping to find elusive answers. I know the feeling of trying out lots of techniques – yoga, breathwork, meditation, focus music, podcasts, massage, EFT and more – to find a method that calms my nervous system every time. I am still searching.
As an artist and creative, my life is built around noticing small details in the everyday. I’ve been told that I see things other people would just walk past, and I’d like to pass that skill onto you.
