Shipping policy

Shipping / Postal Strikes – All of the original art pieces are shipped, from the UK, within 7 days of receiving payment, and should arrive within 3-7 days for domestic shipments, and 1-3 weeks for international shipments. If you prefer expedited service, I can arrange for this at your expense. During postal strikes, please be aware your package may take longer to deliver. Shipping fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process. Should anything arrive damaged, please let me know, and I can offer a refund (see Returns section below).

Domestic Shipping – Small original artworks, I send via Royal Mail, in a cardboard reinforced or padded envelope, via a tracked and signed service. Larger artworks are sent via a courier such as FedEx, UPS, or DPD, also tracked and signed. I upcycle and reuse as much packing material as I can. All services require a phone number to ensure the work is delivered safely. I am also willing to discuss collection of the pieces, if you live in the UK.

International Shipping - Small original artworks, I send via International Royal Mail, in a cardboard reinforced or padded envelope, via a tracked and signed service. Larger artworks are sent via a courier, such as FedEx, UPS, or DPD, also tracked and signed. The buyer is responsible for any extra customs fees incurred, over and beyond shipping fees, as these are applied by the buyer’s country and I have no control over them. All services require a phone number to ensure the work is delivered safely.

Prints - Orders are fulfilled by theprintspace, who are 100% end-to-end carbon neutral. You can read more about their efforts to reduce the impact of their printing on the environment here. Shipping rates are set by theprintspace, and are applied at checkout.

Products - Orders are fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand service. The products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, and ship directly from Printful. Because it's made to order, it could take up to 14 days to arrive.  Shipping rates are set by Printful and are applied at checkout.

Because these are a made-to-order items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event your product arrives with a printing defect, I will make an exception.

For residents of California, USA, please note this warning with regards to the Tough case for iPhone® and the Tough case for Samsung® phone cases: ⚠️WARNING! This product can expose you to chemicals including BBP and/or lead, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Returns - If you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. You are responsible for getting the item(s) back to me, within 14 days of your decision to cancel, ideally in the packaging it arrived in. You are also responsible for the shipping costs you may incur when returning the item(s) to me. The return address is stated below.

I will then refund your original payment, including your initial order’s standard shipping costs (expedited shipping costs are not refunded), within 14 days of receiving the goods back from you, as long as your item is returned in its original condition.

If the item(s) are returned damaged, I will have the right to deduct a percentage of your refund to account for the diminished value and the cost to repair the item for resale.

Each artwork is one of a kind, so no exchanges are available. I am happy to apply a credit to a different artwork, if you choose. Please contact me to discuss options.
